Warm Deck Build UK Regs.

I have been building for 22yrs, regs changing all the time! Can any1 confirm the proper method for a warm deck/flat roof construction with lead finish B4 I drop myself in it with the architect. The architect in question is askin, from roof joists, as follows."18mm wpb or smart ply, building paper, 3B felt, 75/80mm cellotex/ecotherm insulation boards taped at joints(what tape), building paper(again), 3B felt(again), he actually got the lead codes right tho! Is it me or have I missed something!
