Hey Andy,
How do I find out about the EPA and this TimberSil issue. Is there a web site where EPA stopped there production I can go read about?

Anyone used this stuff yet? At least one of my suppliers has switched to this stuff. I assume that means other real yards will follow, as there aren't that many treaters in the area. Who knows where the boxes get their stuff. (I think less shuffling around on 18 wheelers has something to do with green too.) Anyway it's real, and it's from Osmose -- silica stuff has been promised forever -- and it's "the best thing since sliced bread!" (so they say). Approved for aluminum, galvi, the family dog,... "natural appearance" i.e. not green, and your kids can snack on it too!
Plenty on Google search, wondering if it's out in other areas yet, and what are real world down-sides.

Timbersil is gaining momentum. There are now dealers in 13 states. Also, the EPA has finally Approved Timbersil as a Non-pesticidal Barrier product in May of 08'. Something that no other Process has gotten to my knowledge. You can go to timbersilproducts.com to see dealers that are set up, more are coming. TimberSIL is Class a fire rated, non toxic, non corrosive, and non carcinegenic, and qualifies for leed and cradle to cradle. Check out the website, there is alot of information about this revolutionary new product.
