Need Some Info In PA


Derry Township Dauphin County PA

Which electrical mechanical plumbing and building codes are used?
When are pernits required?
What fees are required?

Go to the Derry or Dauphin webpage and look up the code/building section. Most government site have a link with this information or least the phone number for the code official.

The question you asked require volumes of books of information to answer you. You're supposed to travel to your local muni office and take your as-built and anything else related to your home/shed/barn/chicken coup and they will tell what your next step is. Usually something like this: "you'll need engineered plans from NASA, close-up images from space, opinions from Harvard University Philosophers on your ideas, hand written permission from the presidents of this and 4 foriegn countries, and a variance from the mayor!"

I'm joking, of course!
