Need To Frame A Wall Over Concrete Wall.

Hello,

I will be framing and finishing a wall over a basement concrete wall, and need advice based on code minimums. The wall is about 20' 10' so my questions are the following:

1. I Know that the bottom wood should be PT. but what obout the studs
against the concrete, should they be Pressure Treaded also?
or should there be something between the stud and the concrete wall.

2. If I deside to go with 2 by 2's glued to the wall, would it be a good idea
to nail them also?

Any additional advice will be appreciated, thanks!
