This Just Might Turn Out Pretty Nice.

Spent the last couple days installing the cabinetry in a Granny unit.

This place has changed the picture in my head that lives under the heading "Granny unit".

It is nothing short of a small custom home.

Locally it's a detached home that can not exceed about 850 ft. You need the lot to be large enough to handle the set backs and lot coverage and off street parking too.

Nice built in Gus. Just goes to show how simplicity can be so elegant.

If I had them i would post them for you.

I never had a full set of drawings, only some designer's drawings.

I'll dig the file out for you and see if there is a floor plan worth scanning.

I need to go back over there and drop something off and get a couple shots since the paint is done.
