This just might turn out pretty nice.

Spent the last couple days installing the cabinetry in a Granny unit.

This place has changed the picture in my head that lives under the heading "Granny unit".

It is nothing short of a small custom home.

Locally it's a detached home that can not exceed about 850 ft. You need the lot to be large enough to handle the set backs and lot coverage and off street parking too.
