Got an appointment today with another hit and run victim. HO paid the guy in full upfront. Sounds like he set new cabs and disappeared.

Best part is the client is a commercial contractor that says he knows better, just had a lapse in judgment.

what a idiot.. commercial contractors should know better than residential contractors about "hold back" and "progress payments"...what a tool goodjob reeling him in. charge him more for not calling you the first time!
