Trade: general, demolition mostly, carpentry side work

Help/question
so i have work in doing demolition and carpentry for 2-3 years and i might be have the option to go to school to do millwork and cabinet making. what do you guys think. this is something i've always thoguht about and i also love finish carpentry so i will be able to learn to make my own trim...if any of you do this let me know what you think even funiture makers please comment

Cabinet makers where I'm from don't make much more than half of what I do doing renovations. @ least the two I know!!

If you build high quality custom cabinets, there is alot of money in it, but not for any joe off the street that can put together as cabinet. You need experience and knowledge...and this would be a good way to start, i think its a great opportunity, if nothing else, you are expanding your knowledge to be a better all around carpenter
