Framing Gun To Scotland

Hi guys I have the Paslode im250 and Im350 but they dont work 100% of the time and can let you down a bit. I know guns dont work 100% of the time but the paslodes are quite unreliable.
I was going to change to air compressor and air guns. Over here in Scotland its pretty tricky to find them at a fair price so i was wondering if any of you guys have family or friends that you have sent tools to in the past and how much was the postage?
I wasnt sure on which gun to get but i fancied the Paslode F400?? It was either that or the DeWalt D51845?? Any of them any good??
Anyway, if anyone has any info on this id be greatful if you could post a reply.

Cheers Guys

I got out of doing the GC thing quite awhile ago however... IMO the Paslode airguns are a good buy. Just get plenty of oil and a rear gasket when you buy the thing. I haven't shipped much to the UK but Latvia costs about 65.00 to ship an envelope with DHL. You may just want to pay the in country prices. Hope that helps!

Neil, I'm not sure how tis works in Scotland but most countries allow free shipment of school supplies. Do you have a friend who happens to be a teacher?

I have sent 'school supplies' all over the world. One shipment was the front half of an MG.
