Dream Garage, Impossible?

Hello,
I was just wondering if it is at all possible to build a 2 1/2 car garage, with a 2 car garage basement, and a drive on lift to go up and down between the basement and normal floor... Not to sure how to word it... If it's possible, how much would I be looking to spend to have it made?

thank you in advance.

I heard a japanese firm sells garage car lifts. They use it in Japan due to insufficiant parking spaces. I dont know much about it but would love to do a job like that one!

I have not seen lifts... but I have seen a 3 car with a 2 car below. it had another driveway around to it. I image it would be spendy... but what kind of floors would you have if a lift has to pas through? moveable? would it need to support another vehicle?

I have seen the 4 post models to lift one in some magazines, but I just saw this really cool underground one. No price for it is listed, but the cheapest 4 post on floor model started at $ 2,995.00.

You obviously have to cut a floor and add a lower cement floor and walls.
