Built In Study Help

We are currently doing some built ins for a study. It's mostly file cabs and open shelving. They are looking to have a 3'6" section that pulls out like a keyboard holder on a desk. Only problem is they would like it to also pull out and then raise up to be flush with the desktop.

The face frame is 1 1/2" and the cherry top will be 1 1/4", so a total of 2 3/4" of rise after it pulls out. Does anyone know of hardware for this? I have a few ideas that I could do on sight, just not sure how well they will hold up over time/use.
