Building Arches In Between Porch Post?
What is the bset way and material to use to do this? Curently I have an LVL supporting the roof.

plywood or OSB on both sides cut to the arch you want with 2x4 blocks in between. That's all.

Take your ply wood and cut it the size you need side to side and the dept it needs to be lay it out on your sub floor some times it takes a couple of sheets find your center at the bottom of ply set a nail there use your chalk box or a string figure out how far you want the arch to start from each side and make your string that long rap your pincel around the string and make your line now cut the ply out on the ground and take your pices up and put them together if you stack two sheets at the begining you will cut front and back sides at the same time for a good match and then add your 2x materail every 4 to 6" apart sory about the spelling good luck
