Water treatment facility
I thought i would post some pics for you fella's of a place i am working at. The health inspector has been all over this place and fining the hell out of them for these conditions. The management of this condo complex has finally hired a GC to build an addition with a new 3k gallon tank and 7 1/2 hp booster pump. The GC is installing the new plumbing, he subbed out the construction to a friend of mine who has hired me for the electrical. The management will not repair any of the problems that exist and are doing the bare minimum to satisfy the health dept. When the health dept showed up last week we told them there was a beaver in the "pond", funny part is they actually beleived it and was looking for it . This facility is actually " this is no BS" in a swamp. There is standing water not even 20' from the end of the building and i almost buried my mini-ex when i dug the ditch for the underground service. Technically it is now an underwater service as i was hitting water 12-16" down as i dug. Enjoy.
