The only bit of that system that concerns me is the 3/4 pipe that supplys the pumps. I would have thought that would have needed to be at least 2". If all them pumps run at one time that 3/4 would be seriouslly undersized. Even if only 2 or 3 of them run it would. Does the system only allow a set amount of pumps to run at a time. I have never run a manifold like that with primary flow and returns so small!!
