damn nice. i like the tight grout lines, especially in the in entry. Is that slate around the fp. My oppinion is that natural dry stack stone, brick or slate are the only fp treatments that look good. In that order. Anything else just defeats the rustic look off a fire place. Any one else agree?

I like glass around fireplaces too. Shimmers.

tile design idea
Like a 3/4" vitreous glass fireplace surround with the same tile continued on the cieling and a level, slate floor would look terrific in any residential environment.
(See you soon Charlotte)
