Gluedown engineered

Direction change at hallway to gameroom, with prefinished Hickory/Pecan engineered boards.

The floor joists, dictated this direction change, and the home owner was very pleased how it all turned out. No one else was willing to do it that way with prefinished engineered. The home owner knew the boards needed to go across the joist, from his internet education, but all the other contractors, said it would be fine, with the 2 foot truss and 3/4 OSB T&G subfloor!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people entertain, often. I landed 12 jobs, from this one clients home, in the last 2 years.

Nice looking job.....you did rout and spline that joint right

Just funnin ya, I know you did Hey what is that funky lookin base?? That looks a whole heckuva lot easier than trimming quarter round around "rounded" corners.....I HATE cutting all those little 2" pieces @ 22.5 The base is NEVER perfect as the trim guys get the benefit of caulking and paint.
