I don't know anyone who hangs any type of wallcovering by the square foot. Do you mean commercial vinyl by the linear yard?

In the UK it is priced by sq foot but I always priced it by viewing the jobsite I think it is about $20 depending on the price of the wallcovering and also if your supplying it, but however no I have no idea what the wallcovering is, as I said it is from a friend of mine who asked me to price ir per sq foot for someone he knows.
but if you could give me some idea I would be much obliged.

Regards D/B

Sorry, I have no idea. Way too many variables in the type of paper to provide anything. Commercial vinyl from residential vinyl, to grass, or fabric, they all take different amounts of time to install. I wouldn't throw out a bid not knowing any specifics on a job.
