Pinting treated lumber

I did a search and came up with nothing. My question is........ What is the best primer to use on treated lumber. I have used several including kilts and the chemical from the lumber seems to bleed through.

Southern yellow pine doesn't like
to wear kilts.
Maybe on Scotch pine....

The treatment is water based,
so waterborn primers just bring
it back up.
Let it dry out for a few weeks
and use a good oil based, stain
killing primer.
CoverStain is good.

Let the stuff dry out. If it is soaking wet then the best plan is to wait untill it has dried out some and then paint with an exterior oil based stain blocking primer.
