pics won't upload

I had some countertop and bathtub refinishing pics to upload but it won't work. Anyone out there know more than me about how to do this? I've uploaded other pics and worked fine.

I go to the picture post forum and click browse then pick my picture and click the upload button. How do you resize? It really isn't that big of a deal.
