I do not much care for them. If you wanted to get added pockets like he has you could tie one of those canvas/cloth tool belts on.

I had a red and black jacket exactly like that when I was around 13.I thought of it as more like from the tv show V than Michael Jackson though.Maybe just wishful thinking.

The design of the pants makes sense. The double knees need to be white though. Why would they make them black?
I have trouble keeping the pants up, even with a belt, so adding extra pockets means extra weight. I'd just use a tie on apron. Much, much cheaper.
