News flash: Painters among the most fit contractors

I just figured out that I can eat McDonalds breakfast at least once more per week. My wife found some info on the net that said a painter burns 300 calories per hour of painting. Just wondering if anyone thinks they work this hard? I think I would waste away to nothing if this were true.

I drop drastically in weight when painting season starts. Everything from moving equipment around to constantly manuevering 40ft ladders, takes tons of energy! I got a six pack for the first time in my life last year from working hard - this year doesn't seem to be as busy for me.
