how much do I charge?

I just moved to New Jersey and I would like to know how much to charge here. What is the flat rate, Sft, hrs in residencial. Examples: one room with 344 sft, no prime, repaint the wall, ceiling and windows. What is the rate for new house? I already know paint prices, and material. Thank you.
