Deck Washing Collegeville

Here is a Collegeville Deck Washing I performed yesterday. It was a latex clean/strip/pH balance job. As soon as the weather permits I have this one and a few more to add the Armstrong-Clark Stain to. More pics to come.

Yes, we were on the way out to the next estimate, so
I told my Wife we will take some pics before we start the stain, whenever the rain stops...If it does...

Why are you going back to wet the deck again is what I don't understand? A quick spray of Oxalic before you left...

No, what I was showing was the product choices you can use. The brightener/pH balancer(everyone calls it different) is applied and rinsed quickly. It does not have to dwell that long on the deck before rinsing off.

So what I do is:
Clean
Strip
Rinse
pH Balance
Rinse

48 hours of dry weather later
Stain Semi Trans Oil

It looks to be about 500sqft of deck???

Nice work. Looking forward to the pictures that follow.

I bid on a stain only deck of about 400sqft today. Cedar, newly built about 2 weeks ago. Love Decks!

Landed a Deck restoration, much like what you got here a couple days ago. Gunna give Cabot's a try on this one. It's more closer to 300sqft with railing. Had that ungodly product called Behr on it... peeled right up in less than 2 years.

I wouldn't mind if my whole summer was booked with Decks. I don't mind Res repaints, but for some reason restoring decks is much more satisfying...
