Question Commercial Exterior 50k sqft +

I am bidding on two commercial exterior projects here in Orlando. ONe of them is approx 68,000 sqft. Needs minor stucco repair. Also has 4 small sections of barrel tile roof that need to be repainted. Also have to repaint breezeway. What would be a reasonable price to bid this project at per square? The other project is a 58,000 sqft shopping plaza. 3 color scheme little stucco repair. Going rate for commercial exterior? I was estimating between $2 per square and $2.25. Need help! Thanks

What products are being specified?
Difficulty?
Height?
Any boom lifts needed or lifts?
You have to be osha approved in some scenarios. Are you? and does this project require it?
What speed and quality doe your painters have?
Have you ever painted commercial before?

If you know what sf per hour your painters can average for the product being put on you can charge by the house although do not tell the contractor your price per hour. Price per hour scares people off, but they do not realize that in the end it is not as bad as they think. This is a better way to be competitive and not loose money.

Hope that your numbers are on. I just lost a Commercial building for $600. The total estimate number was $76,500. It is a price driven market.
