What kind of heaters? Hot water, steam or electric? The electric get terribly hot so you may need to use heat resistant paint.

What good will my price do you?? How many LF can you or your crew paint in a hr? 1000 LF baseboard divide by 75 LF an hr = add on your setup etc and go from there.
