Advice Appreciated

Hi, Would the best option to paint this type of siding be a heavy pile sleeve and just roll it on and just check out and paint the little undersides with a brush (no spraying).
btw what would you charge for this house, the back has just 1 window frame more to paint than the front and the 2 side elevations are the same with no windows.
power wash-touchup bare wood-apply 2cts of exterior superpaint-
minimum prep-no ornamental steelwork-just window frames- 2 roof slats.
Just a rough guide I have priced it and got it just wanted to make sure I'm being competitive and not doing myself.

Regards D/B
