The 203k's will be closer to summer. They are funded with the loan process closing takes awhile now unlike the old days. So 30-90 days out

Thats what every kitchen like that looks like behind the walls. 30+ years is hard on a kitchen.

We all see that but they only have $XX and hopefully insurance. Then you get to do the insurance tapdance. Yada, yada, yada.

I've actually done pretty well on these deals, WITH ins. With out it, most will fill up half of your day pecking over useless details.

Just 40 yrs. experience.

Curious, You think the insurance company would cover this? I did not think about that. I'd be interested in knowing how you would approach them for this?
