Rowhouse gut and remodel Photos

This renovation lasted a year. Full gut of a rowhouse. Basement will become an inlaw suite. Small addition out back and some small decks We had to drop the basement floor 2 feet by hand and bucket. Gutted the rest of the house and made it into 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths here some photos of the top floors the basement should be done in a few weeks

Thanks. Those were the good ole days full gut and remodels 200-400k each. Now its kitchens and baths. Everyone is conserving money

9-12 feet typically 10ft.

Thanks for the kind words guys. Sadly I think jobs like these are over for awhile. People are not doing these projects anymore. But it was fun while it lasted I got a good 6 year run out of it.
