Recent Half Bath
This is a half bath we recently completed in Manchester, VT. We ended up custom makeing the table due to the fact that there wasn't much out there that they liked that would fit the space.
Pic's are Before, After, and Table.

The table was made from recycled pine out of a 120 year old Colonial. (mine)

Looks good!
Are the sink vessels popular on the East Coast?
I have to this day never installed any of them or had homeowners even inquire about them here in Cali.

Yea, people seem to really like them here. They like to see water running out from holes in the wall too What ever it takes!
It was odd that many contractors came to look at this space for almost a year until they found me and asked me to look at it. They all said the job was too small for them. I say, there brains were too small for them. These folks are absolutely thrilled with the 1/2 bath. It is on the main floor where most guests use it. They get many compliments on it. The total price was about 3k, we did very well on it and made a client for life.
We're looking at doing the upstairs bathroom and a detached office for the Husbands marketing business in the near future.
Wish I could have gotten some better pic's but it's hard to take them in a 4'x6' space.
Thanks for the compliments I really didn't feel good about cutting a hole in that table. After I got done with that job they asked me to make two more tables for them (with out the holes).

I should point out for all the lookey loo's that the H/O purchased all of the bathroom fixture's including sink, toilet, faucet, vanity, and lights (not included in that 3K)

Jason, Is that a tent in the background? Do you set that up at the customers house? I'm tempted to buy one for when we don't have a garage to use.

Yes, It's 10x20. We have a couple of 10x10's that pop up too. That one is a little more work to set up, but is perfect for setting up a short term shop. The nice thing about being in my neck of the woods is that I can actually leave a table saw and a lot of other equipment in there every night and not worry about someone ripping it off out of the customers back yard. I do carry insurance; just in case (I'm originally from NY you know)

We always have tents on the jobs we do. In the summer it makes it so nice, to be able to get out of the sun, we also usually bring a good sized fan to keep it cool if the wind is not blowing.
Not to mention, keeps the tools everything else out of the occasional rain shower.
