My flakey customers bathroom

After I had done her kitchen, she was in the "redo" mode.
Had a leak in her shower and thats all it took. These are some of the the demo shots.
There was a slotted "porno mirror",as I called it, under the window.

This is why you need a good tile guy! The shower was redone in 97 and the liner leaked.

Thanks.

The dish insert, seat and threshold for the shower were alabastrino, the floor was travertine.

Looks nice, one other question, the window trim looks a standard picture framed install with a sill. Is that common for your area. Or am I just not seeing it right?

Interior or exterior? The exterior has a pvc sill & cap with pvc brick mold on 3 sides, interior has a stool with Howe casing and stop. Pretty common, yeah.
I was going to dress that window up inside, but funds were getting tight.

Nice budget, if that is Kohler's Vintage tub. That sucker is over 4 g's if that is what it is.

Its an MTI airjet tub, with all the accessories, heated back rest, "chromo- therapy" (fancy name for lights)...Hell, that pedestal ring on the bottom was 8 or 9 hundred! Its more like 7 grand, and thats not counting the tub fillers.
Crazy, in my opinion, but hey,...who am I.......

Thanks guys.

You know I say she (my customer) is flakey, well,... because she is,...but her and her husband are some of the best customers I have and really great people. Wouldnt trade them for the world. It was when we were doing her kitchen ,she was having a "melt down" over picking counter tops, backsplash and colors, and her designer that was helping her had absolutley NO concept of money.
I recomended a blue valium and a glass of wine a few times,.....for both of us.

Even better!

That base pedestal ring is what made me think it's the Kohler, I guess they all do the same thing in that concern then.
