Looks nice. I am curious as to how you fastened the washer to keep it from doing the boogie woogie at 1200 rpms.

Believe it or not, once both the washer and dryer were dead level, their was virtually no movement. The Miele is a really well built set.
Thanks for the positive comments!!

I like the backsplash and the ample lighting.
I like 16" deep cabinets in the laundry for the large towels and linens. It's difficult to fold up a large towel (bath sheet) and fit it in a 12" spot. OK, 40 and 30 cm respectively!

I am impressed that you know the conversion between imperial and metric!! Funny thing, I Never use metric.....ever!! The only time is when I have to convert Metric to Imperial!!
We still sell 2x4's, 4x8x1/2, plywood, etc. When you walk into a paint store and ask how much a gallon will cover - you get the answer in sq ft.
Forgot one thing...Metric sucks!
The only thing sold in Metric is concrete - by the metre not by the yard

Is it bad if I fight with my wife to use the Miele!!!! These machines are the best and worth every penny. As for the wobbles, I agree they do not move when properly leveled, these are unlike any others that walk when spinning. If you ever picked one up(moved) you would know why.
Nice job!
