My biggest project yet

Here are a few pics from the latest thing I am working on. This place needed to be painted a long time ago.

Has been fun so far doing this all by myself, I forgot how much I liked working off roof jacks

I should be able to get the stucco guy out Mon. to do up the dormer and above the side porch thing.

The roofers just destroyed the stucco cutting it back to fit new flashing.

Ok, so maybe more than a couple.

The trampoline is for the daughter to get in and out of that upper window at night.

Holy ugly second story addition!!
Those roofers did 'bang up' job on the stucco. Which is a true paint in the butt if done right, no one wants to pay for that little extra care.

Whatever you do to it, should make it look better than before.

Is this what you guys call an exterior Reno? (Reno is mt favorite Canadian word)

I bet that house looks out of place in the trailer park!

I want to see it with some paint!

That is my fall protection, I have a guy drag it around and place it beneath me when I'm working up top.

A buddy of mine who lives across from this place told me today that the dude who lives upstairs actually does jump out that upper window onto the trampoline.

Well it's been raining non-stop and my stucco guy dislocated his ankle but we're getting some progress on this thing.

Well the weather's been crap, but I'm finally getting some progress on this thing.
There IS a light at the end of this very looong tunnel.

The ladder trek to the top of that peak on the dormer was fun!
