I know everything is relative, but I am just the opposite. It still blows my mind how expensive houseing is in other places.

I'm always blown away by the price of homes in California.

They are off-the-charts expensive out there.

The minimum wage must be $12.00 p/hour!

Yeah, it is a little strange. People that can afford that price range here are not going to live in that house or neighborhood.
