Got them almost done today, just have to go back and do a few things (and move that last pile of crap from the top).
 The path up to the truck, wheeled 4940 kg. up there, or 10890 lbs.

If its just a crack house rental. Why didn't you just build out over the existing steps? Do you see that crack in the retaining wall that the steps hid? You just removed its buttress.

I thought about building over the steps.... after I had it half busted out. D'oh! The steps had sunk so far and shifted that they were already 3 inches from the wall. The buttress removed itself.
