Very nice work!! I like that chain on the sink cabinet, thats a good idea so the door dosen't hit. In the second kitchen is that one of those flexible duct skylights in the middle of the ceiling? How are they?

Thanks Dave
The second pic you are looking at is a Velux Sun Tunnel. I really like them....they put out a good amount of light and arent as obtrusive as a regular skylight.

My tile subs thought it was a light at first.

Ya it does look like a light though, its the new 10" recessed Thanks for the link AW , I have a customer who is interested in a couple of them. I deffinetly like Velux, its the only skylight I put in. I have had very good luck with them. Isn't great when you don't need any scribe or shims , the last kitchen remodel I had to do a complete gut and was able to level the floors and walls I think I only used 1 or 2 shims

Very nice kitchens!
Do you tie the overcabinet lights together with the undercabinet lights or are they switched separately? What kind of lights are the overcabinet ones?

Very nice work! I like the design and planning of the lights and how they tie in with the cabinets. Now for the questions:
What brand cabinets?
and
Do you own your own dumpster/dumpster truck? Nice.

The cabinets are DeWills frameless
We have a dump trailer that sits on the job through the remodel for advertising.

Thanks Cole,
Ask and you shall recieve. These are all of the pics I took.
A new door for the kitchen....nothing special.
Crown shot
We scribe and plane all fillers so everything is tight and no caulking is necessary
An almost finished upgraded 100 amp subpanel in the garage. I didnt get finished pics of that. Yes sparkies, the wire above the panel was terminated into a remodel box capped/taped and a blank cover plate was put on.

Well, good, cause I was gonna say! (just kidding)
Hey, I have a question on the sink in Jan and Peter's house. Why is there no trim (or whatever you would call it) on the front of the sink? That looks strange to me, and something I've never seen before, and was curious about it. Otherwise everything else looks super-good.

Thanks for the info. I don't think I like how that looks in a kitchen.
If Jan and Peter like it well then that's just terrific.
