The guys got caught in a sudden rain storm the day before while painting the pvc base. They got it cleaned up the next day.

Just some paint remover of some sort. It was pretty well diluted from the rain.

I am glad to see you do well. I remember not to long ago that you were struggling to find work and were getting tired of price shoppers. Seems that you are doing much better now!
