Flush Ell commodes can be a bear to work on. Especially the newer ones that use a plastic POS to attach to a regular tank-style bowl, instead of a real spud. Usually the hardware is so cheap, you can't get a good seal.
You can generate .45 psi per foot with that tank elevated. Makes for a nice flush, but also very leak prone. Especially if that bowl is not secured tightly to the floor. I didn't notice any intermediate support bracket on that flush tube or a bumper for the seat, to prevent it from hitting it.
I would be sure to exclude leaks caused from the lack of these items if the HO supplied or spec'd the potty.

And the Plot thickens. The toilet was bought by us on the HO suggestion. I never do that but this HO was a really good guy, Even after the flood he was and is cool even gave me more work. There was a cheap ass rubber washer on the supply line to tank connection that got sucked into the tank after a few days of water pressure being on to it. Thanks for the heads up on the bumper guard and support bracket on the tubes I have to go back tomorrow for paint touch up I will see what I can do.
It does flush like a tornado it is soo cool

Maybe a stupid question, but wouldn't it have been easier to turn on the shower valve from outside the shower if the door hinge was reversed?

It actually has shower heads on both sides and body sprays on the opposite side of the door swing
If you look good their is a shower head visible in the picture looking through the door but inside shower shot shows the hand held and body sprays

Looks great. Nice white on white colors. Was the tile pattern of the darker colors a mosaic sheet or was it hand designed?

I'd consider that good design as it is. For a right handed person, you grip the door with your right hand and reach in to turn on the shower. Being it's a Euro door, it should swing in, but most people still will pull a door out, and since it has dual shower heads if you got in the habit of pushing it in it would be in the way of the access to the other shower valve anyways if hinged the other way.
I was hoping that was white thinset. Just say it is. Drywall mud, even setting compound wouldn't be a really good idea for those joints.
