Basement bar

Customer wanted to add a bar to his basement, we had to borrow some room from an ajoining bedroom.

Looks like nice work.

Your ceiling patch is flashing, though...

Looks great, nice work.

Too bad homeowner's sometimes do things, or make decisions, that can make a perfect 10.0 job...... into a 9.5 job.

I agree, good job!

What kills it for me, is that "red dog" neon sign power source cord!

I assume that was not a bearing wall???? Never seen a basement before, (being born and raised on West Coast), but I would have thought there aren't a lot of non bearing walls in them..

Also, what did you do with that vent pipe?

Nice work! In this case, I would have done the patch for free and make that a picture you could show prospective customers.

Looks like a fun job

At least he 'mitered' the corner with that power cord.

Nice looking work there. Congrats.

Nice work. How are the two corner shelves mounted? I don't see any runners.

Your right there, I should've finished the patch, it really wasn't a question of money though...He wanted to feel usefull I guess.
As to those corner shelves... you got me... he installed those too, after I was finshed...They looked to me to be those "shelf in a bag" deals.
