Another fun kitchen
Just another fun kitchen remodel we finished a few months back
There where lots of electrical demons on this one. I had to call my electrician to fix all the bad wiring so we could stay on schedule.
-11 ungrounded j. boxes just in the kitchen attic
-Hot nuetrals
-can lights wired with 22 gauge speaker wire.....the wire was hot to the touch, I'm surprised the house didnt burn down
- uncapped live circuits just laying in the attic.
This house was seriously due for a remodel.........check out the pics:
The mess
Kitchen before:
All framed...load bearing walls removed, new plumbing, wiring, mechanical

Some utensil dividers we made for them just for the heck of it with the extra material we had laying around
Nice thing to have for a blind space cabinet (almost finished with the install in this pic)

Nice work. Very stylish. Love the simplicity of the island and the tile.

I have been accused of too much light, where I say would you rather the alternative? They can always use the dimmer.

very cool how much did the customer help with the design. That kitchen looks like they new exactly what they wanted. What a kitchen man bravo looks unbelivable.
