Just finished up tonight.

Got a bit sentimental when I realized it was done (99.78%).

Awesome job, BRG!

Just wondering, did you get the crawl space encapsulated like you wanted?

Thanks Jeff.

We spent a lot of time on both sections of the "crawl".

We got them both sealed up really tight.

After a year of watching what was happening, it turned out that installing the french drains and getting the roof runoff into drain lines and away from the foundation was very effective.

We still have a limestone formation right under us that seems to channel runoff water from the huge hillside looming above us, but we brought in a bunch of stone and double 6mil'ed the floors of both spaces, and it looks like we are nice and dry (even now, during the wet season).

If you've had the rain like we had here in NC over the past week or so, it would probably be clear by now if any issues existed.

Sure looks like you've dealt with your fair share of challenges on this project, and handled them admirably!

Beautiful lack of drywall in that job

Nicely done. Love the combo of rustic and class.
