I would say that the operator has some bragging rights.
I once had an operator the worked one summer for me (lag in work for his regular employer) that could run a dozer like was hard to believe. His regular work was building cranberry bogs.
When he was done fine grading a home for me it would seem that you could put a marble on the loam by the front door and it would slowly roll to the street.

Looks to me like you could reuse the tarpaper after that guys strips the roof.

Hmmm. And all this time I just let the snow melt off my roof. Some people have "Icedamophobia" big time.

Actually thought about it many times, as we have our own telehandler. The hard part is having the perfect yard for it. It's tough to use it sometimes.

I think a bunch of guys could strip the roof faster, granted clean up would still be an issue, What I would do is have the guys strip the roof and dump it into the handlers bucket at the eve.

That's what we do. I'll tell you though.....A telehandler is cheaper than one guy and never calls in sick.

Oh I agree 100% but there is no way in hell I would be trying to do any volume or work roofing by myself
