Aaron, send me an e-mail with your address, and I'll send you some stuff to look at. If you are going to the International Roofing Expo, I plan to be there, and if you're interested, we could hook up and talk shop. However, I gotta warn you - the system is not static - we're always looking for better/faster/cheaper ways of doing things, and every year we change something.

What is the roofing material? You said it was Aluminum, but who makes it? What is the cost / square?
Was it easy to install? Have any problems?
For underlayments, we use the Titanium UDL, it is tough & has a non-slip surface. Goes down fast & 10 sq weighs less than 40 pounds. It isn't cheap unless you buy a whole pallet.

Paul makes it. Permanent Roofing Systems in canda. He's not only the roofer but also the manufacturer. Check him out at www.permanentroofing.com I met with him last year, he's a good guy.

Titanium UDL is an excellent underlayment.

Nice work, you wouldn't know the two houses were the same without you telling us, what a difference.
