However, I gotta warn you - the system is not static - we're always looking for better/faster/cheaper ways of doing things, and every year we change something.

What is the roofing material? You said it was Aluminum, but who makes it? What is the cost / square?
Was it easy to install? Have any problems?
For underlayments, we use the Titanium UDL, it is tough & has a non-slip surface. Goes down fast & 10 sq weighs less than 40 pounds. It isn't cheap unless you buy a whole pallet.
