Will anyone be watching Sting's return on N.W.A. P.P.V. tonight?

Re: Wrestling Fan

Sting who? Isn't he that guy from U2? I didn't know he wrestled. Greco-Roman?

The only NWA I know about is an old rap group from the 80's.

How's Tony Gariea and Rick Martel faring lately as a tag team in the WWF? Come to think of it, I havn't seen Lou Albano and the Moon Dogs lately either.

I'm still a little sore that NWA gets the credit (or the shame) of developing "gangsta rap" with their "straight out of Compton" LP, when groups local to me like Philly's 3 Times Dope (3XD) were doing it long before them.

Mostly, I'm a country music fan.

So I guess having breakfast with Skandar AckBar, Cowboy Bill Watts, and The Junkyard Dog, on Sunday mornings before taping back way back when really makes me an "old geezer" huh?

No, because Ricky Steamboat, Classy Freddy Blassie, and Greg the hammer Valentine weren't there.

Re: Wrestling Fan

How about back when wrestling was in black and white only? You know, when Ric Flair, Andre the Giant and Jimmy "The SuperFly" Snooka started out.

THAT was wrestling.

They're a little behind the times up in Canada. They had to listen to the last episode of M*A*S*H on the Victrola.

Isn't that place sort of in "the hood", down near the river? I used to drive all over this state doing refrigeration work, and I'm 99% sure I worked on the ice machine in that place for a warranty call.

Re: Wrestling Fan

Here's a good one for ya.
I go to church with Cowboy Bob Orton, and baby-sat his son, Randy.
I think Randy is a pro wrestler now. Its sad to see old Cowboy Bob walking up the aisle with a cane. Guy's body is wrecked.

Yes, I'm famaliar with that problem. Canadian Customs wouldn't let US color across the border. They substituted Canadian shades of grey.
