Re: What I Love About The Holidays!

These sugar cakes (bodies too lol ^^^) gives lots of calorie contents.

1. Bad for people who sitting (& inactive) all day.

2. Good for active people (excercise, working outside like contractor jobs, etc.) because these gives required energy boost for body to burn calorie down & not feel exhausted/tired too much. Make sure drink lots of water for filtering kidneys that's all.

Working out will help you last a long time playing with the toys in the second picture. Working out will not help you get rid of all of the chemicals in the food in the first picture.

On a side note my local supermarket is not selling fruit cake and I love it! If anyone gets some this year that they don't want send it to me...please.

More about working out:

I stopped a couple of months ago just to take a break and I went probably 3 weeks and I couldn't do it anymore. My energy level was way down, I felt like I had no motivation to do anything. Now that I am back to my same routine, I feel great. Its funny how that all works.
