What The Heck Do I Do Now?

So, late last year, I met a woman. We never were "together" but she still managed to get most everything I own and most all my money I had in savings, and got me to leave the place I was living...both of my vehicles, it's a long story.

Well, currently I'm subleasing a room from a chick who was, until Friday, a counselor at a teen rehab center/homeless shelter. When she left, she took two of the kids she was responsible for in and now it's 5am and I've got two trashed drunk 17 year olds bumming cigarettes off of me. And then too, the guys living in the other bedroom aren't home, and their door is wide open (no lock).

Jeez, guys, I have my tools in my room here. Keyed lock or not, these guys are going to be home alone, and if I could break into my room one time when I locked myself out of it, these guys who've lived outdoors and stole for a living sure probably could.

What do I do here? Store anything valuable somewhere else? Move? Nothing? I'm at the point right now where if I lose my tools, crap, I couldn't replace them...plus too my family gave me an SUV, a nice one...I can see these guys wanting it...

What do I do now?

OK, Heres the plan.

Gather all your tools and anything else of value. Toss it in the SUV your family provided to help you out.

Drive down to the local pawn shop, sell the tools for pennys of what they are worth.

Hop in the SUV, stop somewhere and buy some pizza and beer, maybe pick up some crack or pot or some smack or oxy's.

Wreck the SUV on the way home, leave it in a ditch for the cops to find later.

Walk the rest of the way home, give the 17 yr olds* the pizza, beer and drugs, if they're cool maybe they'll share some with you.

At least this way you will be in control!

End result will be the same = Broke, No tools, Car wrecked, and the Cops looking for YOU.

Stand on your feet dude, you are in control of your destiny. I would sooner live in my car and rent storage, than stay in the spot you are in.

*Where I am, if those boys make too much noise the cops will show up and want to arrest someone who is over 21 and charge that person with giving alcohol to minors. Don't let that be you.

Well, I'm not living with thhe crazy chick I met last year. I fled from her like a scalded hare in my Explorer and never looked back. Even if it meant I was sleeping in the back of my truck and spending all of my idle time in the library or my favorite bar for lack of anything else to do.

And hey, I'm not boinking my current landlady.

The lady of the house, of course, is either partying with them or sleeping while they're left unsupervised.

Good points made by all. Sucks because I like the place I'm living now...until the bobsey twins showed up. But hey, I only signed a two month lease on the room, which is up this month, and I've got in touch with another person about renting from them so, if these two guys don't leave soon, they'll have a nice bedroom to sleep in.

IMO wipe off that name SUCKER off your forehead. Screw them, you gotta start looking out for yourself and you livelyhood. Pack your crap and leave and i wouldnt say boo about it to anyone either. This counselor obviously lost her job for a reason, sleeping with the clientel!!! She is no better than the dirt sticks she moved in. You keep coddling these "down and out" broads and you will never have nothing except an empty wallet and probably kids that you will be paying support on. I am going to guess these broads have been beaten, cheated on, cant find a good job, and cannot get pregnant for some stupid reason????? Its all lies man, been there and done that. I learned the hard way, now i just laugh at them when i hear one of these sob stories.
