SUV's Gone Wild!

Popal was arrested after patrol cars boxed in his black Honda SUV.
"He was absolutely indifferent, no fear, no expression,'' [said an onlooker]. "He was like a zombie.''
"It was like 'Death Race 2000,' " firefighter Danny Bright said at California and Fillmore streets as an ambulance stood nearby. "Guys were walking down the sidewalk, and the guy just came up and ran them over. The guy went crazy."
"This was so senseless and inexplicable,'' the mayor said afterward. One man he visited,said "The car came after me. I'm lucky to be alive...''
Emanule Gowan, 50, said he had been standing on his doorstep when an SUV roared by, driving the wrong way and hit an elderly man in the crosswalk. "He slid off the windshield, and the SUV rolled right over him and took off.''
Other witnesses described the SUV as jumping the sidewalk in apparent pursuit of pedestrians. [Another on looker] said a woman started screaming, "Oh my God, an SUV on the sidewalk -- it hit a woman on the sidewalk.''
The SUV struck two people in front of the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco on California Street, a few blocks from where the rampage ended. Blood covered the sidewalk and 50 feet farther down the sidewalk lay a mangled bicycle.[Yet another witness] said she and a friend had been traveling east on Bush when they noticed a black SUV driving away and saw that a motorcyclist had been hit. "The motorcyclist stood in the intersection trying to signal to stop,'' she said. The SUV then "went speeding in reverse, weaving in and out of traffic. The whole right side was smashed in.''
A man who asked that his name not be used said he had been walking south when "we heard the thump, turned around, saw bodies flying.''
Authorities suspect that the SUV is the same one that struck and killed a pedestrian in Fremont earlier today. The black SUV, a Honda described as a Pilot or a CRV, made no attempt to stop or help the victim, police said. Zambonin estimated the SUV had been traveling as fast as 50 mph and sped away with a blown out windshield and damage to the right front side.

I was thinking the same thing! Would never be able to actually do it, but nonetheless.

Looks like it is taboo for the media to report that he was a Muslim and that eye witnesses said he was yelling that he was a terrorist. Just like the one in Washington a few weeks ago.

Instead we have stories about the "individual" (not terrorist) was unstable (feel sorry for him).

I say put him out of our misery.

And whats up with the SUV. They make it sound like the SUV did everyting and the perp was just along for the ride.

Maybe he was just a 'freedom-driver', - - or an 'in(surge)ent', - - or even a 'militia(s)-man' . . .

We'll have to be sure and ask him after he's done with his COMMUNITY SERVICE . . .

Las Olas Blvd., Ft. Laud.
Driving home in late model Porsche = everyone pulling out in front of you. Driving home in 3/4 ton '68 P/U and praying that someone pulls out in front of you = nobody.

Wonder why that is?

Every time I am stuck in rush hour. Infact there HAVE been times I have driven on the side walk.
