King Salmon in the salt water turn into Spring Chinook salmon in fresh water. The biggest were wild and had to be let go. First one was at least 35 - 38 lbs. The one in the picture is a 18 pounder that my grand daughter caught.
Very TASTY indeed.

Way I see it, you're about 24" tall, so the fish are way less than 12" long.

And your daughter has a mustache!

Did the stagecoach bring you hicks the news about the ban on salmon fishing down south? That and the lack of bees here is going to make for an interesting summer. Darn Bush anyway.
