So my wife might be pregnant! This would be our first, we are PUMPED, hopefully everything goes fine, the home test said yes, but we are going to make sure at the Dr's appt. Just because her period is ****ed up and changes it's date, so we want to be 100% sure.


So say a couple prayers for me, I want a BOY!!!

You know how the wife treats you right now, like a king, a god you are Da Man.

Well, after the kid is born you are going to be about three levels below the laundry. Trust me. It has been 17 years since my first was born and the laundry (the kids laundry) comes before me. My wife and I joke about it. But it isn't far from the truth. To a woman, her kids are everything and you will be relegated to the bottom of the totem pole. Just food for thought before you start praying too much.

Oh, did you tell us before you told your mother. Gawd, I hope not. Now Mom will be on your wifes side too.

I still love'm though. Two boys and they are great.

Actually yes you guys found out before my parents, we don't speak, my dad is an arrogant asshole, and my mother just follows suit, I have tried making peace, but fail so now the ball is in there court, I told them that when they decide that they can move past there arrogance then call me, but even then I don't think things would be the same, as my dad and I are competition. Oh well

No biggie, it really doesn't bother me, they are just losing it, my baby sister the youngest of all of us, is finishing college, and they are scared that they are losing there babies, it's like dealing with a two year old "it's just a faze"


the only thing about it that bothers me is they didn't come to my wedding because they don't like my wife.

Your parents don't like your wife. Can't say I have ever heard of that happening before

I'm lucky. My family and extended family are all very friendly. We have never had any issues.

Being below the level of laundry isn't that bad.
