Sad dam decided not to go to court. Can somebody please tell me how the hell he did that when he's in custody.

Iraqi court ain't the same as the USA court system. When was the last time you saw a defedant in the USA sitting in a steel cage?

I think we are all gong to discover ole Sadam Insane is quite insane.

I've been to jail in a number of places and steel cages tend to be the choice of most in the US.

I heard that the court had a private session with Saddam in attendance before the regular proceedings began, which of course, he did not attend.
