Restoring FAITH, - - Restoring ORDER
Just came across the news a little while ago.
New Orleans, - - Danzinger(?) Bridge. Eight ARMED AMERICAN LOOTERISTS!! POLICE have SHOT eight (that's 8) of them!! Five or six are DEAD (that's 5 or 6)!! AMEN!! HOORAY for the INNOCENT!! HOORAY for NEW ORLEANS!! HOORAY for AMERICA!! NO APOLOGIES to the LIBERALS!!!!! :Thumbs:

Tom, I think I'm on your side, but I don't get it either.
If you're saying that it was a good thing that these looters were shot without apology, then I agree. If you're also saying that the liberals seem to want to take our guns at every turn, and this might be a victory for the second amendment, then I also agree. If you're saying that the looters were liberals, I don't agree. Calm down, take a deep breath, and write stuff like you wrote ahead of time and let it sit a while before you post it. Reread it later. If it still seems like a good idea to post it, then do it. Prozac helps too. |

Oh yeah. Welcome to the police state where your local law enforcement officer is now judge, jury, and executioner all in one. Looters will be shot on sight. Stealing food is a crime punishable by death. Let's see, don't steal food and die...or steal food and die. Sounds like our citizens have as much hope as Russian soldiers in the battle for Stalingrad.

I agree. It is sick that the looters have put the law enforcement in a position where they are forced to shoot them in an effort to maintain order. I know, I know. Perhaps they should try putting the looters on "time out" for a while, but I'm not sure that would work.

Sick that the constitution goes right out the window for whatever reason these days.
Sick that people have to resort to stealing to survive, and even more sick is that some think they should DIE for trying to live. I hope NONE of you ever have to live through what they are. Standing in ankle deep water waiting in mile long lines for some food or water...the sweltering smell of feces all around, and the occassional body drifting by. Forget due process. Police have guns, and that's enough of a process right there!
