Reloading

Anyone reloading that can give me the name of a resizing lubricant in an aerosol or spray can?

I was reloading all my rifle bullets back in the late 90s and used one then, but can't remember what it was. Have used the pad and tube, but it's pretty messy.

One Shot

Hobbe's #9 Dri Lube

There are piles of them, just go to midway or natchezz.com and search for case lube. I use the one shot when I use it but really prefer the lube pad better.

The one shot is what I used to use I believe.

I'll be loading for

25/06
270
243
7mm/08
and possibly the 45/70 and 260

I used to load for 300 win, 338 win and 30/06

Always liked the IMR 4831 for the bigger cases and 4350 for the 06.

I lived in Alaska for 10 years and sold most everything before moving back to Pa.........Yeah, I enjoy hunting. Deer, turkey, grouse, squirrel and rabbits for eating and bear, crows, coyotes, woodchucks to shoot.

I've been to 3 gun shows in the past month and will be going to another next month. Have gotten some pretty decent deals, some cheaper than ebay even before the shipping. Forgot about midway though.

Re: Reloading

Can you even find primers? I have had a hell of a time. Of course they are on GunBroker but they are selling for 80 or more plus haz-mat fees for a 1000.

Some how ebay got slipped in to my post. Ebay and paypal are anti gun.

Re: Reloading

I typically buy them from a local gun shop. There is only one in the county that deals in reloading equipment so they turn them over quickly. I would rather buy them in the boxes of 100 so I don't have to worry about an accident that spills 1000 primers in the floor or a spilt drink that ruins all of them. Loosing 100 primers isn't as bad as loosing 1000 due to an accident. Since the shop usually orders them in large quantities, they spread the hazmat shipping out amongst all of the boxes instead of me footing the bill all myself. Same goes for powder. Sometimes I will get together with a couple buddies that reload and order 10+lbs in one order. Too expensive to pay the hazmat fee myself.
